Members are invited to join us for our 2020 NYE party for an evening of celebrations and to see in 2021. We are still restricted with numbers but we want to try and cater for everyone as best we can, therefore dinner service, followed by the party at 9pm is as follows:
Dinner Service in SWR
- Bookings 5.30pm to 6.30pm in SWR (last booking @ 6:30pm with a 2-hour time limit)
- Normal menu + NYE Specials
- Dinner is available in SWR only and bookings are essential via the member portal
- There will be no food service on the Deck or Racing Lounge after 6:00pm, as both areas will close @ 6:30pm to re-set ready for NYE party
NYE Party on the Deck
- Ticketed event to allow us to monitor numbers as our COVID density limits are in place
- $25 pp entry + 1 free drink (house beer, wine or soft drink)
- 7:30pm start, bar closes @ 12:30am
- Live music from 9pm
- Kitchen open between 7:30pm and 10:30pm for snack purchases
- Members can bring 1 guest per member
- Adults 18 years and over only
- Bookings essential via Trybooking to safely monitor numbers within COVID density limits
- Enter via main entrance
BBQ in the Junior Lounge
- Ticketed event to allow us to monitor numbers as our COVID density limits are in place
- Tickets $10 pp
- 6:30pm to 12:30pm
- BYO food only, BBQs available for use with strict cleaning and sanitising instructions
- Pop-up bar will be available to purchase beverages
- No BYO alcohol
- Members can bring 1 guest per member
- Family friendly event
- Children 12 months and over count towards our COVID density so they will require a ticket
- Bookings essential via Trybooking to safely monitor numbers within COVID density limits
- Enter via lawn.
