BLAIRGOWRIE YACHT SQUADRON

Southern Waters Room, make your dining reservation online

There’s no better place to relax in laid back style…

The Southern Waters Room

At BYS we know how important it is to have everything just right. Especially when you look forward to a cosy meal with the family or a relaxed get together with friends.

While we don’t take ourselves too seriously, we’re serious about making sure you have a great time, every time you visit. In our signature dining room, the Southern Waters Room, you’ll enjoy a relaxed vibe complemented by a modern Australian menu featuring our Chef’s pick of fresh local produce and seafood. You’ll find the wine list is extensive with the best Mornington Peninsula wineries and breweries represented. Reserve a table in the Southern Waters Room by making a reservation online.

 The Racing Lounge and Deck

Once you ‘feel’ the breathtaking panoramic views of  Port Phillip Bay, you may not want to leave.

If a more casual dining experience is what you enjoy, you can’t go past the Racing Lounge. Opening out onto the sun-drenched upstairs deck, it’s a great destination for pre-dinner drinks while taking in the spectacular sunsets over Point Nepean and out to the Heads.  In winter there is no better place to be than enjoying the couches in front of the warming fire. No reservations are required for the Racing Lounge or the Deck, just come along and find a seat.

The Canteen

Cameron’s Bite Kiosk also know as ‘The Canteen’ on the ground level is conveniently located in front of the lawn.  It’s a great spot to grab some lunch before heading out sailing and is open every day from Boxing Day through to Australia Day for take-away coffee, cold drinks, ice creams and snacks from 10am.

Our dining and bar facilities are available to members and member’s guest subject to the guest policy. BYS is a fully licensed venue, all alcohol must be purchased from the bar and no BYO alcohol is not permitted.
