Two of our junior sailors, Lockie and Riley Ward, recently competed in the minnow state titles. As part of the regatta these two sailors undertook to raise money for the bushfire relief. Their efforts involved them walking the deck and asking senior members to sponsor them for sailing and competing in the regatta. They raised in total $500 for the bushfire fund appeal for the Red Cross. Well done boys for living the culture of BYS and contributing back to the community.
