All competitors must be current financial member of the Minnow Sailing Association (Victoria) – you can sign up on the Minnow website here: www.minnow.org.au/home
Competitors must be current financial members of a club affiliated with Australian Sailing, (eg a member of a yacht club) or hold a valid BYS Sail Pass for the regatta dates. You can sign up for a Sail Pass here: www.bys.asn.au/sailpass
