1.   All berths subject to availability
2.   Rates will be subject to an annual review
3.   Vessels must be approved and suitable to the berth. Insurance details must be provided as listed on the booking form
4.   Fees strictly paid in advance. Credit card payments will incur 1.5% surcharge
5.   Confirmation of booking cannot be made without completed licence agreement and boat insurance
6.   Vessels must be removed by the confirmed departure date. Harbour access will be denied to owners breaching this rule and the boat will be removed at the cost to the owner
7.   All rates include marina access card with 24hr access to toilet, shower and laundry in Scotts’ Shed facility
8.   Visitor rentals, less than 12 months, include temporary access to club facilities including the Clubhouse
9.   Annual rates and bookings (1 year plus) require senior membership to access club facilities – contact office for more information
10.   1st two weeks of January min stay one week
11.   Easter: minimum stay 4 nights
