Change to MOB requirement
Delete NOR 3.2 and replace with:
A Man Overboard (MOB) drill is recommended to be carried out.. The
compliance declaration, signed by the person in charge, can be lodged with the
BYS Sailing Office. The declaration form is available on the BYS website or
from the BYS Sailing office. An MOB drill performed at another yacht club and
the declaration form submitted & accepted by that yacht club will be deemed
sufficient for BYS purposes.
