Change to Sailing Instructions
Delete SI 14.1 and replace with:
14.1 Club Starts – Club start courses shall not be altered.
14.2 On the Wind Starts
14.2.1 OTB courses. To change the next leg of the course, the race committee shall move the original mark (or the finishing line) to the new position
14.2.2 KB courses. In the event of a change of course direction signalled by the committee boat at the leeward mark, a replacement mark (mark 1b: inflatable yellow conical mark with black band) will be laid which will replace the original marks 1 and 1a. The original marks will be removed as soon as practicable.
After rounding the new mark, 1b, proceed directly to mark 3.
When in a subsequent change, the new mark 1b is replaced, it will be replaced by the original mark (mark 1)
