Hardstand

The BYS concrete hardstand offers ample capacity to store boats in ‘dry’ storage, accommodating vessels on trailers, including sports keelboats up to 10 meters in length and with a total weight of under 2 tonnes. This facility is particularly beneficial for owners of sports keelboats and J70s, as it opens up an exciting new sailing pathway, making the hardstand an essential feature of our club.

The hardstand is also equipped with a crane specifically designed to lift craft out of the water, ensuring safe and efficient handling. Please note that the crane may only be operated by approved operators to maintain the highest safety standards.
