Much more than sailing…
Why not join one of our social groups? They’re a great way for friends to spend time together off water and an ideal way to make new friends too. Dive in and look around.
The book club is a fun social group, who meet regularly for a chat, catch up, and morning tea, and to discuss their latest book! The group communicates through their facebook group, Days and dates vary depending on the time of year, contact Jane Grimshaw on the-grimshaws@bigpond.com to find out more.
While SheSails is all about enjoying your sailing adventure in a fun, friendly and safe environment and encouraging women of all ages to enjoy sailing through organised activities, the SheSails groups also meet socially for lunch monthly.
Each month we will hear from one of our female sailors who will share their sailing story with us. We’ll also let you know of upcoming training, events and regatta news. It’s a great way to make new friends and perhaps find a crewing spot. Purchase your lunch from the bistro menu. All members are welcome, male and female, you just need to be a supporter of female sailors.
